Thomas Laster is an education technology entrepreneur and commercialization executive with more than 30 years of experience developing, funding, marketing, disseminating, and scaling research-based educational products.

He founded and led It’s About Time, a nationally recognized STEM education publisher whose programs reached millions of students nationwide. His experience includes commercializing major research-based science and mathematics curriculum programs, developing national partnerships, securing funding, and supporting large-scale implementation in school districts across the United States.

At Axis Science, Mr. Laster leads commercialization planning, dissemination strategy, partnership development, market validation, and sustainability planning.

Dr. Todd Ullah is a nationally recognized education leader with extensive experience in science education, instructional technology, school leadership, teacher professional learning, and educational innovation.

His experience includes service as Director of Science Education and Director of Instructional Technology for the Los Angeles Unified School District, as well as leadership roles in educational technology and STEM initiatives. He has overseen curriculum development, instructional technology programs, professional learning, grant-funded initiatives, and large-scale district implementation.

At Axis Science, Dr. Ullah leads academic strategy, instructional design, research alignment, and implementation planning.

Brian Spears is an education leader with extensive experience in K–12 school improvement, curriculum, district partnerships, business development, and commercialization of education products.

His background includes leadership and consulting work with public school systems, education reform organizations, publishers, and district-facing initiatives. He has developed major district accounts, supported implementation, and helped translate educator needs into scalable solutions.

At Axis Science, Mr. Spears supports business development, strategic partnerships, commercialization planning, district engagement, and implementation strategy.
